About Me

Meet Stephanie McCarthy

M.A. in Ed. and 10X Business Coach

I am an educator, coach, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping others grow in confidence, knowledge, and success.

With a background in education and a heart for practical teaching, I believe young people deserve more than theory. They need real-world guidance they can actually use. I created this work to help teens build a stronger foundation in money management and life readiness, while giving parents peace of mind that their children are learning skills that matter.

My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping families take meaningful steps forward.

With experience in education, coaching, and curriculum development, I create learning experiences that are clear, supportive, and designed for real-life success.

What I Offer

1. Teen Financial Literacy Education

Helping teens understand budgeting, saving, spending, banking, credit, financial decision-making, and everyday money habits.

2. Parent Support and Guidance

Giving parents helpful tools, resources, and conversation starters to support healthy financial habits at home.

3. Real-World Readiness

Teaching teens how money decisions affect everyday adult life, including choices around work, goals, responsibility, and independence.

4. Encouraging, Easy-to-Understand Learning

Breaking down important topics into practical lessons that feel approachable instead of overwhelming.

Why This Matters

Why Families Need This Now

Many parents worry their teen may leave home without the financial skills needed to manage money wisely. Without a strong foundation, young adults can quickly fall into patterns of overspending, poor planning, debt, and dependence on family support.

Teaching financial literacy before adulthood can help teens:

- make smarter spending choices

- understand the difference between needs and wants

- develop stronger habits with money

- build confidence before major life decisions arise

prepare for greater independence

This is about more than money. It is about confidence, responsibility, and long-term readiness.

Who This Is For

This is for parents, families, and teens who want to build stronger money habits before costly mistakes happen.

  • parents of teens 14 to 18

  • families who want practical financial education

  • parents who worry about their teen's future independence

  • teens who need real-life money guidance

  • families who want better money conversations at home
